We transformed A Touch of Meraki’s website to better support both revenue growth and operational efficiency.
The new design prioritizes user experience, with a streamlined retail shop that reduces manual updates and a clear separation between salon/beauty services and other offerings. We developed packages and memberships with increased clarity, while calls to action were simplified to drive more form submissions and reduce bounce rates.
We also optimized the site and Google Business Profile for SEO, helping increase organic traffic and visibility.
