McKensey is the Founder and Creative Director of MK Creative, partnering with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and purpose-driven businesses to strengthen brands and drive meaningful impact.
With a background spanning small business ownership and corporate marketing for a Fortune 500 company, she understands how to balance big ideas with real-world constraints. She built MK Creative to make marketing strategic, approachable, and effective.
Her work combines clear strategy, strong design, and purposeful storytelling to help clients sharpen their message, reach the right audience, and grow with confidence.
McKensey brings a collaborative, big-picture mindset to every project—whether refining a brand identity, launching a website, or building a sustainable marketing plan.
Born and raised in California’s Santa Ynez Valley and now based in Tacoma, WA, she frequently travels back to the Santa Ynez Valley, where her family and several clients are located.
McKensey works from a home office alongside her two Samoyed puppies—her most loyal (and floofy) co-workers who occasionally steal the spotlight on Zoom. Outside of work, she’s spending time with her surgical resident husband and running on equal parts caffeine and creativity. She loves thrifting, painting, and hosting a good party.

Kyndra brings structure, clarity, and strategic support to MK Creative’s operations. With an MBA and expertise in project management, she keeps the behind-the-scenes engine running smoothly — from accounting and bookkeeping to workflow optimization and client support.
Whether she’s refining processes, managing schedules, or coordinating cross-team efforts, Kyndra’s contributions help MK Creative deliver consistent excellence with efficiency.
A Whidbey Island native, Kyndra is now based in Wenatchee, WA. When she’s not supporting the entrepreneurial ventures of her loved ones, you’ll find her hunting and fishing with her husband and soaking up life in the Pacific Northwest.
